LIFE OF AN ADOPTED CHILD- Written By: Timilehin Ogundipe

I don't want any questions from you,

She denied me the privileges,

You should be contented she clamours,

I wasn't happy like other children,

I was enclosed in a private world if my own,

He had affection for his mother and sisters,

But really hate me,

He bullied and punished me,

Not once or twice a day but continually,

Every nerve in my body feared him,

And the flesh in my bones shrank,

Whenever he came near,

His mother was blind to any act of her only son.
