I AM ASSURING OF MY 100% COMMITMENT TOWARDS THE NEW ADMIN
It came as a surprise to so many of us, when I was not present at the debate, manifesto and finally my name could not be found on the ballot paper on the election day. Throughout this period even while on the sick bed I received numerous calls and SMS requesting for the reason for my absence and omission from the ballot paper, I was able to explain to some and I could not answer some calls or reply some messages that is why am putting my pen into writing now:
Some who later heard that I was sick last week would have concluded in there mind that it was due to the sickness that I could not collect the PLO form,Some would say I was disqualified by the Electoral committee during the screening, Some would say am not a good politician. I repeat this writing will clear some issues.
As to my contesting for office of the PLO, I have printed all my campaign document, Printed my result, Personally typed my citations,ready to buy my form cause I was already communicating with the Electoral Commission PRO but later decided to step down even before the sickness for the following reasons:
✅ I intended to efficiently work at the editorial aspect if I emerge and I thought this can be done without contesting and could be done by joining the editorial committee.
✅ Just as some may known am a registered campus journalist under ACJOAU and for now am still building on my integrity as a journalist and I won't want an office to destroy my career in journalism.
✅ Also am personal reason have explained to some set of principles, and if anybody cares to known about this you can see me.
I believe this my three answer has solved all questions anybody intend to ask me.
Also as for this coming administration and particularly the office of the PLO and the editorial board and all string attached, I have spoken with the Reformer Ibukun and have given him my 100% support and also all what I have proposed to do then,as I assumed of vying for the post then,because I didn't contest doesn't mean I won't implement them, am still going to implement everything I mean everything.
Now, am officially using this precious medium to specially congratulate Reformer ibukun on his accession to the office of the Public Liaison Officer, reformer barakat as the AGS and also honourables elected into the parliaments: Hon Fadare Dare(Clerk), hon oke Esther (chief whip), Hon Tosin Ajewumi, hon Kofi, hon Nana
I will also like to seek for the forgiveness of those that has entrusted me of there support for the election, am very sorry
